To participate in the conference, we kindly ask you to complete the following by October 20, 2025:
Submit an abstract in English (3 pages, A4 format, Microsoft Word, portrait orientation, 20 mm margins on all sides; Times New Roman font, 14 pt; 1,5 lines spacing). References are mandatory (up to 4 titles) in accordance with APA style requirements. The Conference Organizing Committee will conduct plagiarism checks, peer review, and reserves the right to select abstracts. Student abstracts are accepted only in co-authorship with a scientific supervisor.
Conference materials should be sent to: ied@kpi.ua (file name format: Section Number_Surname_ abstract, for example: 1_Paniv_abstract). Conference proceedings will be published electronically on Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute resources.
For the conference presentation (up to 15 minutes), we recommend preparing presentation materials (10-20 slides in MS PowerPoint).
